I'm Nervous about Getting My Braces Off Today! Help!?

At first like 5 days ago I was really excited but then I started to get nervous. This morning, I'm a ball of nerves! I have clear braces and I don't know if it'll hurt or what. Also I've heard people talking about bands that go behind your teeth and I don't think I got those on (and I'm pretty sure I would've known) but if I do have those, do they hurt to get taken off? What happens during the removal of the braces? They're putting a permanent wire behind my top teeth like to keep them from going crooked (like a retainer in a way) and will that make my teeth sore? And also no rude comments please.
