What are the requirements for off highway vehicles in Wisconsin? Bike requirements such as 2 or 4 stroke and stuff like that please.?

Cant seem to find it anywhere!

    Depends, dude. Private land, public land? Like National Park Service (Federal) land falls under the National Park Service, which requires stuff like spark arrestors on exhausts. http://www.nps.gov/ I'm sure you've totally busted your butt looking, but have you checked the WI code? WI Dept of Natural Resources / Dept of Game and Fisheries regulations?

    If they aren't used on public roads there are no requirments.
