Does it mean he still cares?

Okay, so. Fun story.

I was with this guy...what...forever ago? It was a year ago and I know that we were in love. After getting caught together (doing the sexy fun time), our parents made us separate.

It was a tragic time for me, and he ended up getting a new girlfriend.

Since then, he has had three girlfriends. (I think.)

However! I want to win him back. Ready to do whatever I can to get him back.

Anyway, my question is coming up in a minute. Bare with me.

I was headed towards my grandma's house and I was totally not expecting it, but I saw him!

I think. He had a helmet on.

It was a guy on a bike (He has a bike), in a shirt (that he owns), with a motorcycle helmet on (...not really sure about that. And I can't check Facebook for it because he unfriended me).

Anyway, the guy (Obviously HIM) looked up at the car and moved his head back as though he were shocked. I knew it was him as soon as I saw him. I couldn't stop to check, however, because my sister was with me. When I drove into the neighborhood, I checked my mirrors and, sure enough, he was following me!

My question is if this means anything! He obviously cares about me enough to follow me to my grandma's house to check in on me. :)
