Photographers: Can you sue someone for stealing your photography and using them in slideshow videos on their Facebook page?

A bank from a neighboring community has decided to steal my photos that I posted on Flickr. I have them marked as "All Rights Reserved" as I don't like people using my stuff. This has happened to me numerous times. I have had bloggers steal my stuff and even get mad at me for asking them to take it down.

Yes. You can also contact facebook and advise them of the illegal use of your image. The offender will be told to remove the photo (if they don't do it themselves), and they could be banned from facebook.
