You can try and file something, but you have no case at all. Butthurt on the Internet is not a court matter. It is their website, they can do basically anything they want. You have no loss, no injury, nothing over which to file a suit. That doesn't mean you can't file, all it means is that it will be a waste of money and time for both you and the court. Also, when you lose, the website operators can try and get you to pay their legal cost... which will be in the 10's of thousands of dollars. The real cost may only be $27.13, but the bill will be for as much as they think they can get away with.

This is the reality of a lawsuit:
You have to be able to prove that through negligence a company or individual has caused you monitery harm (the website cost you money)
You will need to travel to where they are located and file a suit in the courts there. You will file for three times the amount you lost.
The initial filing will cost about 1500.00
You will need a lawyer, he or she will want 2500.00 up front
Chances are they have better attorneys so think aout spending more on an attorney .
Good luck

If they live in the same country as you well you could try. I say you have a 50 50 chance it could go either way. But I hope for your sake they are successfully sued/charged it's not cool to assinate someone over the internet.

No. It's their site and they can ban you if they want, just like they could kick you out of their home.
It's not their fault that you're too stupid NOT to reply...

No. You need to be able to spell and form coherent sentences to file a lawsuit.
