I was on the corner of a street and I looked up and this guy's head was turned staring at me, but when he passed by later he didn't stare. why would he stare the first time but not the 2nd? (this guy stares at me in the halls)

That happens to me as well, hes checking you out. You should say hi to him next time if you think he might be nice. Otherwise, if you don t like the attention you should just ignore him. I think the 2nd time he ignored you from possibly being shy and not knowing you really. If hes staring at you from the halls, hes admiring you. I had a guy that had a crush on me 2 years ago at work and he would stare at me around corners and I sadly hurt his feelings after telling him that I don t think it would work out since I have a boyfriend and I love him. Be gentle if its a crush. I had liked him too, but didn t want to hurt him. He was left mad at me and I think he still is to this day after bumping into him and hes mean to me now. Never have had the courage to talk to him since.
