Would it be better to choose a plan with Straight Talk or AT&T?

I m planning to buy a new phone soon. I wanted to know which provider seems he best when it comes to price, ultimate data, talk and text. Also billing because I want to know if Straight Talk provides paper bills like AT&T and plus if I an just swing by a currency exchange to pay IF I go with Straight Talk. What are the perks and cons?

-I know about the tower usage of Straight Talk just to put it out there.

Straight Talk is the best deal in prepaid according to price.

Straight Talk does not send paper billing. You add the airtime card and any calls or texts sent or received are stored in your phone. If you want to remember who you called or texted, you will have to look at your phone.

Straight Talk just added a new airtime card $55 for unlimited talk, text and 10 GB of data with 30 service days. This amount of data is unheard of in prepaid for that price.

Straight Talk also allows you to choose which phones towers you will be using, by which phone you choose. Where I live we have AT&T and Verizon. So all GSM phones will use AT&T towers and all CDMA phones will use Verizon.
