and COMBINING the >sole< tyre vulcanized rubber as FOOTWEAR anywhere! WHERE
AT&T does that those "POOR" people get Paying jobs! (Then AT&T owes Subscribers
a DISCOUNT from the eliminated >Public Service< cost! )
