Scoot or AirAsia??? ||IF YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THOSE 2 AIRLINES OR HAVE NOT HEARD OF THEM, THEN, PLEASE, KEEP YOUR COMMENTS TO YOURSELF!||?

AirAsia was established in 1993, while Scoot was established in 2012, so the latter has not been in existence long enough to establish a quantifiable safety record. Both are budget airlines that are attractive to budget-conscious travelers. Speaking only for myself, I avoid low cost airlines as a general rule, out of considerations of safety. I just want to arrive alive. I am concerned about what safety corners have been cut, to achieve that low price. But I have no evidence that either airline has safety problems. Six of one, half a dozen of the other. imho
