There may be one of two problems(or both)

    1) When you boot in normal mode and play game mostly which are 3D it puts load on your memory and also other apps take your memory and your laptop crashes. On other hand when you are in safe mode it put same load but other application do not put much load. Thus it does not get crashed

    2) Or other reason might be that you must be having any corrupt program that takes memory. But in safe mode that program does not work and your laptop is saved from getting crashed

    3) Third reason might be that laptop heats due to malfunctioning of fan in laptop (But it cannot be reason as it should also crashes in safe mode)

I suggest you to consult your engineer or someone known person or if it in warranty period call your manufacturer company

    Hope it helped

Heat is the biggest culprit when puters just shut down or crash. Turn off and unplug the puter. First thing is to make sure the fans and vents are clean and clear. Get a couple cans of compressed air and blow the dust out. The best way to blow the fan and heat sink is to blow the air into the exhaust vents. Hold your hand over the vents and find which one is blowing air out. It is normally the one you can see one the side or back of the laptop. With the laptop off, you can place the laptop on a towel upside down so you can see the inlet vent and place the tube from the can of compressed air at the exhaust vent. Press the trigger on the can and move the tube back and forth across the outlet vent. Make sure you can feel the air coming out of the inlet vent. If you have someone to help, you can get them to hold a vacuum hose near the inlet vent while you're blowing air in the outlet vent to help catch the dust coming out. You can find some good videos on YouTube on how to keep a laptop clean.

You can monitor your temps with Speed fan. It works great and I use it all the time. The one thing you don't want to mess with any of the settings. There are dragons present if you try to play with it. Just INSTALL IT AND LET IT DO IT"S THING.

Some of the brand name system come with a built in diagnostic program. Try running it to see if it can find a hardware problem. HP: When you press the power button start tapping the ESC key and the UEFI/BIOS menu will open, select diagnostics. Dell: When you press the power button start tapping the F12 key and the BIOS menu will open, select diagnostics. ASUS, Toshiba, and Lenovo have download packages that can run diagnostics.

I did not design it, I did not build it, I did not break it, but I am the one who can fix it. What that means is that I have spent a life time taking these things apart and seeing how they are made. The difficult we do right away, the impossible just takes a little longer. I hear voices, so please be quiet so I can listen to them.

Check your temps. Could be an overheat issue.
