Do you know how to tack care your teeth with out dentist visits or any infection or cavities? ones I said before and a lot of people don?

I'm almost 45 years old and I can count how many times I've been to the dentist on one hand.

I have no cavities.

With that said - there are certain conditions and certain medications that f*ck up your teeth and you may need a dentist. Otherwise - you should be able to take care of your oral health by flossing and regular daily brushing.

you can have you own teeth till you go 70 and 80 years old ,I will tell you after I have answers .
