Yahoo has a computer program that decide placement based on words in the question so places it where it believes it fits. This one is here because you used the word question and categories.
You can choose the category after it is submitted if it is not where you want but not before you submit.
If you think it is wrong just Edit and Edit Category, click All to find the category subcategory you want to move it where you think is best.
You can move your own questions at any level.
All questions can get moved by level 7 users and if you find that happens just do Edit and Edit Category and move it back.

As you appear to be obsessed with the topic of the penis and whether the Brady Bunch kids had sex with each other I am not surprised that you can't find a suitable category. You questions are mostly violations and it surprises me that trusted reporters leave them alone but constantly report minor offences.

Not every questions asked here have a category for them. You just have to look around and find one that does. Or maybe ask the same question a few times in a few categories.

Yahoo's computer programs use keywords in your question to figure out which category and subcategory to post your question in. Server computers are dumb. They cannot understand that sometimes the context of word can change the meaning of a word. A question with the word "star" in it can go into either Celebrities or Astronomy & Space, or maybe be both subcategories. Then there are the level 7 accounts who move other people's questions around to amuse themselves. and annoy other people. Level 7 account people like you who don't understand that YA is run by server computers and computer programs.
