So my bestfriend hooked up with a girl one night and all they did was makeout and she sent him nudes and then they were done and she ended up texting me and now shes my gf but she can never make time for more or done anything with me either should i be mad and leave ? Her sister likes me bc she gives me rides home so i can see her at least there and my gf is addicted to me and idk if i can not handle this whole thing

Well don't leave her for her sister, that's straight up trashy! I'd say ask why she's never available and tell her she either needs to make time to spend with you or else you don't see a point in having a relationship.
