Always infinity over night?

I bought these pads because I have a very heavy flow and I wanted to try something that isn't so bulky. Once I opened them I realized how crazy thin they are.

Does anyone with heavy periods have experience with these and do they work?

    I have used Always infinity over night when my period is heavy and yes they work. They are thin for comfort but you'll be surprised at how well they work.

    Yes and they're good actually, you just need to change them once every few hours
