what the best gearing to make a dual sport wr250f?
i want to be able to sit comfortably at 70-75mph

The WR is geared internally fairly high stock for a 250 dual-sport.
If you do much off-roading the higher gearing will effect certain areas that need lower gearing to do well, especially hilly-runs.
The higher gearing will also effect te street riding, meaning you will probably need to downshift more often out in hilly-highway/freeway riding.
The sorta easiest way is to add one tooth to front sprocket as it usually doesn't require a chain-change and rear sprockets are more expensive.
A 250 dual-sport is better in the dirt than the highway so good luck with your decision.
