How do I stop unwanted charges?

I bought two of these muscle products two months ago for 1.99 each. They charged me at the time and it was only a trial so it was a one time thing. I noticed in my account that they took four dollars from me a couple of days ago and also the beginning of this month. I called customer service and the man said he only seen one charge from when I first bought it and my account was suspended after but I'm still getting charged and I'm afraid it will keep happening. What can I do?

A trial does not allow you to keep products. a trial allows you to TRY a product. You then have to call to cancel within 7 days AND return the unused items to the company

So don't just call about the charges - tell them you need to cancel and ask where you can return the bottles

Call your bank (or credit card company), tell them this was not an authorized charge, and ask them to stop any future charges.

    That's it.

They may have to re-issue your card..... but oh well. Getting a new card takes less than a week.

You didn't read the small print. The trial price was reliant on you signing up for auto re-order.
