Why is that foreigners tend to do well with women in other countries?

For example if an average looking white guy went down to some Latin American country he would do very well with the ladies. Or in my case (I'm an American of Mexican descent) I did pretty well in Southern Europe and Eastern Europe (that's right I said Eastern Europe) I would speak (and teach them some Spanish) and they seem to love it.

So why is that foreigners do well in other countries? Consider that when you're in an area where everybody is typical from the same culture you have to try harder to get with a women

I know this is not always the case but from my experience and from many stories I've heard it can be pretty common.
