Windows 10, Corel X6 will not yield priority?

I just upgraded to Windows 10, and other than having to re-install all my local printers, everything seems to be doing very well. One odd, and very annoying thing however, is that Corel X6 always remains the active program. I tend to have 3 or more programs running at the same time, and with Windows 7, I could just select the icon from my task bar to switch to a different program. If I am using Corel X6, and click the icon for Firefox, Chrome, or anything else, Corel X6 stays the active program. I must minimize it to see any of my other programs. Now if Corel is minimized, clicking the icons in my task bar will let me switch between Outlook, Firefox, Word, or whatever else I'm using.

I'm not sure what setting I need to change to get Corel X6 to yield priority without having to minimize it.

Possibly it is running in 'full screen' mode rather than a windowed mode. If there is a setting for that try it.
