Not directly, no. It lacks a sense of community is the only objection I would have. Being on God's side as far as increasing goodness is a sound teaching of other religions that mine respects. The master, Jesus Christ, used the greeting, "do not be afraid," often enough to indicate that fear at times is not the best posture to have when encountering the divine or seeking the higher human values.

No. No objection in what is said. A nit picking objection in what is not said.

The prayer is a form of creed or oath. This is legitimate in my tradition. All prayer need not be worship, supplication or petition. My religon is one of the older forms of Christianity.

I'm honestly not sure, the Bible says our best is as filthy rags...we do nothing of ourselves, it is only through Jesus that we have any strength whatsoever to do "good" and "reducing fear" what exactly is that? We can obtain peace through walking, talking and knowing Jesus.and being one with God hmmm..I could be wrong, but to "me" sounds like you're either comparing yourself to God or at least being an equal?you're giving yourself too much credit? As we All fall short dear .your statement.sounds funky to me??? Happy Sabbath😂

Not at all, and I am an atheist. It's a fine prayer.

Not necessarily - depending upon just how you interpret that statement. It could be interpreted a number of different ways, some of them heretical and others compatible with Christian teaching.

Without your humble submission to Jesus Christ as Lord....you are not one with God.

so if you are a Christian, while its a little new age in it's expression it would none the less be true

If you are not Christian, and have not made Jesus your Lord, you are fooling yourself
