During human ovulation, we always see what is happening in one ovary and fallopian tube. how about the other ovary. does it also produce egg?

Not usually, no.
It was generally believed until quite recently that the ovaries took turns, one ovulating one month the other ovulating the next month. But some research now suggests that the ovary which ovulates in any given cycle is fairly random.

Both ovaries produce eggs, but only one egg ripens and is released. The others are absorbed.
