I have an iphone4S and a plan with unlimited data from rogers. Can I provide wi-fi for 7 other devices using the hotspot option on my phone?

Will this cost me extra money? Will the quality of the internet be any good?

    If you have unlimited data, you won't get extra charges. If all of the devices are using the data simultaneously, internet will be little slow.
