When are the politicians of Minnesota going to pass new laws bringing the driver's license in compliance with the REAL ID Act of 2005?

The REAL ID Act of 2005 established standards for government ID. This happened more than a decade ago and Minnesota is still not compliant. This means that when I travel out of state, even the automated machines in car rental places won't recognize my ID because we are one of four states not to comply with the law. This will eventually affect air travel. When are our politicians planning on doing the job we elected them to do?

had mark dayton signed a bill last night the one word , or instead of and it will cost the state 101 million dollars over 3 years.and trigger a 10% sales tax on suite rental and us bank stadium....except the sales tax is collect .....so that makes no sense....he never signed the bill....how can it even cost anything....if a special session isn't called, they simply fix the mistake next session....so it's only 34 million max......nvember 7th is the day to findout who controls the house and senate....it's been going on for a decade....yet they just got an extension......you continue to whine about long wait lines at MSP....yet you continue to travel......the reason the governor and minnesota legislature whine and complain is because that is what thier costituants do...whine and complain...just like you
