How to limit my WiFi speed per user? I have a connection of 4mbps and 4 user. Please help me I want to limit speed 1mbps per user.?

There are some specific AP (access point) that can do that but they aren't found at your local stores and are not used in any retail routers. You need a device that has the ability to SET limits by user. OR you can add software to each computer that will limit the speed. There is no easy quick cheap options.
