Yes. There is a site with lots of movies dubbed in French with a few originally in french. Here is the link. Frozen is in there, I've watched in a few times. I found it easier to understand than others for some reason.
Here, I'll just put the page with Frozen on it. I found it. Just x out any pop up windows for advertisements. If you can't get full screen after it starts playing, click on video, a pop up will come up, x it out, then the full screen box will appear with the other controls.

Buy the video online and then when streaming it, go into the settings and change the language to french.
