Opinions/Advice on smoking weed once again? Anxiety?
Ive been smoking weed heavily for the past two years but last year I went through some traumatic stuff, my anxiety flared up this past year and I eventually decided to take a break from weed to see if it was a factor, I felt though it was, maybe certain strains. The frist month off it I was on my sh*t! I was getting back on track, health and fitness wise and I even transitioned to veganism!
Ive been speaking to a therapist for about a month now also. But these past couple of weeks ive been so irritable, as I was before I started smoking heavy. Im anxious 10x now, so any opinions advice on whether to start off again? Maybe slowly and a little bit?
It really does mellow my anxiety out up until I have to make human confrontations, I also HATE the fogginess.

Hello,
It sounds like you are going through a lot right now. Not only are you dealing with anxiety, but trying to figure out if you should be using substances to help with the anxiety can be very stressful. While it may help in the short term, smoking can really have some lasting effects. It sounds like you had some positive results when you stopped smoking in the past and even found some good coping alternatives during that time. It would be best to stay away from the alternative substance as you continue to manage your anxiety.
When you start feeling anxious, it is important to remind yourself to relax and consider things that are positive for you. Deep breathing and stretching can help you ease muscle tension and take care of the physical symptoms of anxiety too. Try activities that you like in order to get your mind off of the anxiety as well. Activities like working out, journaling, listening to music, or reading a book are all good options to distract yourself. Try to relax and take time to do those kinds of activities to see if they help.
Whatever you plan to do, please keep reaching out and take care!

Its hard to overcome but doable. oive done it. Remember no one is thinking about you. They all got their own stuff. If you get negative thoughts about your past or general self accept them. They are who made you today.
If any of this makes sense to you I'll try find the website that helped me.
Keep smokin

Weed is illegal for a reason; IT DAMAGES YOUR BRAIN. So stay away from this garbage. You could be jailed for having it and whoever gave/sold it to you would be imprisoned for dealing.
