How to get these papers so my aunt and uncle can be my legal guardian?

The school I will be enrolling in requires certified copies of court orders, guardianship documents, written agreements, and affidavits relating to the care. How and where do I get all of them? Will it take a long time?

If your aunt and/or uncle has been appointed your legal guardian by the court, they have the guardianship papers and it is up to them, not you, to provide them if needed to the school.

If you are living with them and they are NOT your legal guardians then they need to get an attorney and go to court to be appointed.

Why is it that your parents can't contact the school and give them their permission?

Your parents would have had to go to family court to transfer guardianship to your aunt and uncle. If they did not go to court, then your aunt and uncle are not your legal guardians. This is not a personal agreement, it has to be filed through family court. So if your parents haven't done so already, they need to file in family court in the county where they live to transfer guardianship to your relatives. A judge will rule on this and issue papers.

Assuming this has been done formally, go to the courthouse where it was done and request a copy of the entire file.
