Do my parents have to be present to get these papers?

I'm moving in with my aunt and uncle in Oklahoma while my parents will be in Texas and so my aunt and uncle will be my guardian. The school I will be enrolling in requires certified copies of court orders, guardianship documents, written agreements, and affidavits relating to the care. How and where do I get all of them? Will my parents have to be present to get the papers? I'm asking this because they all live in different states and so it'll be hard for both my parents and aunt and uncle to meet up and go to court together and all that.

If your aunt and uncle are going to have legal guardianship, your parents AND your aunt and uncle should all have copies of the paperwork.
