My turning signals aren't working?

Recently I noticed my turning signals aren't working on my 88 Supra. I also noticed my hazards aren't working either. So I pulled my dash and found out my hazard button wasn't connect. I connected it and now my hazards work. But when I turn them on only one arrow on the dash lights up. The right one. But all the lights are blinking on the exterior like the hazards should. It just isn't showing two green arrows blinking. And my turning signals STILL aren't working. I bought a multifunctional switch and replaced it with the old one. And it's still not working. HELP PLEASE GETTING ANGRY LOL

    Start checking fuses and tracing wire. A 1988 ANYTHING is now and old car. Wiring and rubber starts to short and break. That's how it goes.
