Why doesn't companies in America value LOYALTY anymore?

Iv'e worked part-time at BestBuy for over a month now and it seem like they never reward LOYAL employess who buy there candy and sodas from Bestbuy not from the Piggly Wiggly down the street like Jerry - our manger. I worked for circuit city for a few weeks before this job but I quit because of there disloyalty and before that I worked at Kmart for a few weeks and I quit because of their disloyalty. people in this county have no sense of loyalty anymore

I guess you'll have to work around the loyalty issue. You've been brought up with high ideals about loyalty, but unfortunately you're learning that the world doesn't always wag that way.

I think you'd better consider improving your resumé by staying longer in your job. A habit of stomping out because your work place doesn't agree with your ideas about proper treatment won't do you any good now or in the future.

If you were to describe in detail those "disloyalty" incidents, I wonder whether most people would agree about how serious they were.
