Who can see my Sims 4 custom content?
I use my friends origin account to play the sims 4. If I download custom content, will she see it too or is it just downloaded to my pc?

it will just be downloaded to yours.
make sure it isn't a pack that you have to pay for on origin, if your friend has a payment tied to their origin account, money may be deducted from their bank/card or payment method.
