This old device used to power old electronic device that made of electronic tube. +200v is the plate voltage, other to power the tube filament or charge the 12v lead acid battery.

Could be a mechanical inverter with a transformer.

One thing that might need a bump up in voltage is the radio transmitter.

21766 is the zip code of Little Orleans, MD

11852 is a coordinate direction, and 200V is the number that represents a distance. If you go 200 miles from little orleans MD at an angle of 118.52 degrees from the North, you wind up in the Pentegon, which was one of the primary targets of the 911 ATTACK!

If you look closely at the name Little Orleans upside down and backwards, you will see a representation of the skyline of New York City, with the Twin Towers in the middle.

Then if you move your frame of reference 118.52 degrees to the south, you will see the twin towers falling.

I believe the maker of this device was trying to warn us about the 911 attacks.

It is likely a motor generator designed to power a vacuum tube radio transceiver that needs 200 volts and 12 volts.
