Did your baby have silent reflux? If so please help.....?
Have you any suggestions on getting baby to sleep during the night?
Baby is almost 4 weeks and breastfed. Usually I feed him and he either falls asleep or is really Dosey. The issue is that as soon as I lie him down in the Moses basket he starts hiccuping, reflux, noises like moaning, groaning, uncomfortable etc which bu 5-10 minutes later escalates into mad crying. Then nothing will settle him at all, just starting the routine again of more breast milk etc.
The Moses basket is propped up. During the day he sleeps flat in the pram etc with no bother.

You mean silent in the sense that baby doesn't actually throw up, right? That's the first definition of silent reflux that I learned way back when my oldest was bothered by this.
What I noticed with my oldest was that the more he was upright during the day, the less he was bothered by his reflux at night. Days when I wore him in his carrier a lot, especially if he also napped in there, were followed by the best nights.

Silent reflux means without symptoms.
You can discuss with your pediatrician, but it seems unlikely that your baby only has significant reflux at night and is fine during the day. Sounds like the issue may be more that the baby is four weeks old.

That's not silent reflux. Silent reflux doesn't come with all that crying and misery. That's REFLUX.
You can try propping the mattress with the head elevated a little bit, for starters. But you need to follow with your pediatrician about this. He may need to be on a little medication for a little while till he outgrows this.
