Here is the only thing you need to know: No matter what ticket you pick, the lottery company is only paying out about 50 cents for every dollar it collects. So go crazy and buy $500 worth of these lottery tickets and scratch yourself silly. You will find somewhere around $250 worth of "winners" no matter which game you play. If it's a lucky day, maybe $300. If it's not a lucky day, maybe only $200 or less.
At a 50% payback rate, no other standard form of gambling on the planet comes even close to being as bad a bet as the lottery. The lottery is a TAX on the poor and on the ignorant.
What are the best? Honest to God, it just doesn't matter.
