Should we get out of the U.N. and run them out of the U.S.?

Question

The UN is anti-American and has been for years yet we contribute more than $3 billion every year to that crooked organization. The other permanent  members of the Security Council pony up a little over $2 billion combined. The U.N. has absolutely no power and is a leftist organization. Time to get out.

Agreed. Why are we underwriting a corrupt organization that hates us? If it was effective, there wouldn't be so many other global conferences and deal making to get around the U.N. anyway.

The UN is now a place for talk, which always helps clear the air. The cost is far less than a week if fighting in Iraq. What possible INTELLIGENT reason could you have not to be in the UN?

The UN is an important way for leadership to get together and solve any issues between one country and another, and make things agreeable over what is fair for all people.  If this isn't what they are doing, then there wouldn't be a point in having those unwilling, and unable to do anything about it, and establish it with people that are willing and able to handle it, and making things correct.
