Locked out of my iPhone but want to save the photos :((?

I have an iPhone 5s and I dropped it so one side of the screen stopped working. This meant I couldn t unlock it and by trying to do so, I disabled it so it now says connect to iTunes. From what I ve researched, the only way I could now unlock it is to restore it but I have a really important video of it that I would like to keep. It has a SIM card in it so will that store the photos.

Sorry to say but that won't work. The SIM Card doesn't really store data apart from your cellular information. Back in the day it would store everything, but now media files are so big, it can't really store any files.

Unless you had iCloud photos enabled, your photos are gone, Apple are very strict on security which makes it very hard to do things like this.
