Should I ditch this friend or stay?

I am really iffy about this friend. We have been friends for about a year and a half. And he has greatly impacted my life tbh. However these last few months are so irritating. He does the smallest things that irritate me so much. Like he expects me to buy him a dollar drink when he has no money. Cause apparently he bought me a lot of stuff back then. So Idc I slide him a dollar anyways. He always tries to bring me down in skating. If I tell him Ima try a hard trick. He says your not gonna land it. Your gonna hurt yourself bad. And when I tried it. I hurt myself on my shoulder. And he continues to mock me. I told you so I told you you shouldn t have done it. On his snap he post one more step to cancer. With a picture of a cig. I tell him you should be one more step to quitting. . He tells me. Stop throwing shade at me. Why you gonna text me if your gonna irritate me. I told him all I said was you should quit. I don t want you getting cancer. Idk if he is a true friend
