Is this reasonable to complain at work?
So far they've scheduled me days and hours i said i was unavailable to work, left knives in the sink where i could not see them and ended up getting cut several times, Got put in a different position than the only interviewed and applied for.

Not sure why you couldn't see knives in a sink. Especially after the first time, I would think you would know to be extra cautious. You can talk to human resources but expect to be told that you can either put up with it or quit. THe question isn't what you applied for, it's what you were hired for. You should have paid attention.
If you don't need the job, tell them you can't work those hours. And tell them about the safety issue. As for the different job, you were told when you were hired what the job was. You shouldn't complain about that.

If you are putting your hands into a sink when you can't see what is in the sink, you should be fired for incompetence.
They are NOT required to work around your schedule elsewhere.
Frankly, based on your WHINING here, what is UNREASONABLE is that you actually have a job.

If you're scheduled for days and hours you told them you couldn't work WITH notice, you don't have to go. Mention it to the head office of the company you work for
