Now that women act like men and gays can get married, don't you think it's HIGH time that governments legalized marijuana?
I live in Canada and the country just voted a prime minster in that Canadians think will legalize it. Justin Trudeau is a huge supporter of the legalization of marijuana. Should all countries legalize it? It is a plant that grows out of the ground and has never killed anyone.

The War on Drugs has been a dismal failure. We waste billions of dollars that would be better spent on treating people instead of incarcerating them.

It's a backyard weed. No one should be spending bi!lions of dollars annually to destroy a backyard weed. To think that's possible is... preposterous.
