    Depends on where you are and what you like to do. My wife and I have decided to make Cozumel an annual trip. It is fun, safe, the food is amazing and you don't have to worry about "Montezuma's Revenge". Another island that we've found and really like is a tiny island off of Honduras called Utila. But there may not be much for you to do there unless you're a diver. If you are, it is diver heaven.
