someone who does not eat land animals but eats fish, eggs and dairy products.
I would just call them a semi-vegetarian.

The word (I know, but let's call it a word for the sake of the argument) is self explanatory, if you can't figure that out on your own then start practicing this other line: "Can I take your order?".

it is a somebody who doesn't eat meat of land living animals, but eats meat of water living animals.
I think it's not uncommon because people rarely find fish cute.
