How to avoid accidentally mixing medicines?

I have two medicines that are both white and the same shape. Sometimes i am afraid i might mix them up. Is there a way i can avoid that? Any ideas? Could i color one of the pills a different color?

You could color the containers that the pills are in. You could get one of those pill containers with separate compartments for 3 or 4 times a day, and fill it up with enough pills to last a week.

Read the label on the bottle/box. All medicines come with directions and labels.

Ask your doctor or his nurse. They probably have a solution.
