I crack my jaw, How can I stop?
They year before I last I started cracking my jaw. Now I cannot stop.I do it at random times. I made a YouTube videos, at random times there I was cracking my jaw. I re-watched a video of me performing and when I wasn't singing, it was happening. It looks very ugly and I cannot stop. My teeth aren't aligned anymore if they ever were. I really want to stop because I've seen stories online that I don't want to happen to me. Can someone help me? I am desperate.

Chew gum. That is one way to re-fixate your mouth's focus. If that doesn't work, force yourself to pick up a new habit that takes up more focus and time than cracking your jaw. I, personally, make strange and hard to do, hand signs. Like a form of desk meditation. It not only helped me with my habit of lip chewing, but also helps me focus and push away anxiety when I sit still and do it for long enough. The trick is to start with a simple hand sign, then build on to it by adding a new flare to it until it gets harder and harder and harder to make. That focus is mental flexing.
