First of all...STOP using literally ARCHAIC descriptions of how much you weigh. Use POUNDS or KILOGRAMS. You ALSO did NOT tell us your HEIGHT. Use feet and inches or centimeters.

Sugar is SUGAR. The source does not matter. Sugar is the definition of CALORIES...ENERGY. If you ingest too many calories per day...you will GET FAT. Excess sugar gets transformed INTO fat.

You can eat candy all day long...and as long as you STOP at a LIMIT, for instance, you can LOSE weight. 1200-1500 calories a day for most adults.

You could stand to cut back a little.

Yes, this is a critical time in your development. Cut out refined sugars wherever you can. Snack on fruit and almonds instead, within a week you'll find that you like them. Lidl had some really good honey-roasted almonds the other day in their Spanish promotion...

    Its all relative.

candy is bad because it rots your teeth

its empty calories ie no nutritional benefit beside calories

you are learning bad habits while you are young that might be hard to break when older

think of something more healthy to treat yourself with - fruit or nuts or yoghurt perhaps

or perhaps a non food treat
