How to remove a milky white residue after restoring a piece of furniture?
Used lacquer thinner and mineral spirits with OOO then OOOO. Eradicated small scratches and dents nicely, but left this white residue. Made worse by second application of clean solvents.

I removed a milky white residue on a table that was caused by liquids on it by rubbing gently in a bit of mayo. Can't hurt to give that a try.
