Why is one lower?

I've noticed that one of my testicles seems to hang lower (when the days are hot and my scrotum stretches long) than the other. Usually it is the left one that is lower. Is there an anatomical reason why one hanges lower?

Yes, there is an anatomical reason for it. If they were the same size each other, they would both get in the way of your legs while you walked. This way when one is lower, it hangs lower and below the other one, so there's less to get in the way of your thighs.
