am i antisocial? or have i become antisocial?

so i ran into a ex coworker at a bar who i would consider a friend, after a few drinks and bit of catching up we called it a night. once i got home i started to wonder why i never bother to hangout with that person prior to this encounter even thought I ve always enjoyed their company.

then i realized i haven t hanged out with my best friend who is like a brother to me in about a year. i though to my self have i been this busy hmmm not really i have your normal working schedule. its been bugging me because i seem to be perfectly fine with not making an effort to try and go out of my way to hang out with people.

its not because i dislike people its just that i dont seem to care too much of what other people are doing or have going on.

am i just too caught up in my own life to care about others or just anti social
