Because it's based on the premise that the Cowboys offensive line continues to perform like it has from last year. The thinking is that the line will dominate the defensive line and open up running lanes for Elliot.
If you've watched all the analysis about the Cowboys one of the things that these experts agree on is that the o-line is one of the best I the league and just about any rb would put up monster numbers with that line blocking for him

Thanks for the answer. I'm just saying or my point is that NO rookie should ever be a top 5 however Todd Gurley did prove me wrong last year, and that was with the Rams!
