How to eat healthier?
I m trying to get in shape and the only thing holding me back is I don t eat healthy enough. I m not constantly eating junk food, it s just I eat more cause I get hungry at random times in the day. My eating schedule is messed up because of my work, it s more like breakfast at 9 am, lunch at 3 pm, dinner around 10 pm.
Because of this, I get hungry around 10 pm and if I do have a regular dinner I ll still end up eating at 10, a full meals worth. I can t change the schedule cause I still work 5 out of 7 days and that is how my body s adapted, but is there a way to fill yourself up in a small healthy snack?

eat food which has high protein. vegetables is best choice. stop eating junk food.
only eat home made food
