    NO ! That would be like asking to have programmable killings done by "WHO" . You don't want the Military but they have better training, if you want the Police, then you are advocating a "Police state". Under our constitution that cannot have such powers, they do not take an oath to protect all citizens all all enemies foreign and domestic."

    I certainly think they have a place in patrolling our cities and rural areas. It just makes sense. They can be more places and more quickly than any squad car.
