No Christian is perfect until they get to heaven. Jesus is and was sinless. Someday, Christians will be (sinless) like Him!
1 John 3:2
Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ (Jesus) appears, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

Nope
If I didn't know I was a sinner I wouldn't know the love of God.
It seems like most people today won't consider that they are sinners ... or that God wants to both forgive them and change them.

Interestingly whilst anyone can give an affirmation they will tell the truth and all religions can give their holy oaths ALL the cases of perjury (Lying on oath) have been sworn on the bible!

Jesus forbids us from swearing oaths of any kind for any reason, (Matthew 5:34-37).
No obedient Christian could swear on a Bible. That is why the evil secular authorities compel all citizens to swear oaths on the Bible or face imprisonment for contempt of the secular court. Our only option of obedience is to stay out of the corrupt courts entirely until righteous authority can be reestablished.
You should also understand that 'sin' is a state of evil, not a lie, an act of cheating or the use of 'bad' language. All 'sins' are linked together into one evil social construct, (James 2:10). We either exist in a state of irrecoverable evil, or inside a system of irreversible goodness, (Romans 8:28).
'Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil. No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.' (1 John 3:7-10).
'Sin' is any behavior or process that ends in a needless death, (James 1:15). If that behavior's momentum is interrupted before this death occurs, the behavior was demonstrated not to be 'sin.' The reality that similar behavior has ended in death before does not make our particular behavior 'sin.' God provides us with a direct natural genius called 'faith' which guides our path away from causing any needless deaths. People inside the evil system of sin would lie, cheat or use 'bad' language in order to fulfill a lust. That lust is always linked to a process that kills someone. A Christian would do a similar looking thing only in order to expose evil. We become like a sinner in order to make ourselves relatable to them and demonstrate the way out of the evil system itself. Taking on the superficial appearance of sin does not make us a sinner. Only the actual needless death does this. That is why we are instructed not to pray for deliverance from any sin that actually caused a needless death, (1 John 5:16). Sins not leading to death are part of our outward appearance as acts of brotherly love:
'To the Jews I became as a Jew, so that I might win Jews; to those who are under the Law, as under the Law though not being myself under the Law, so that I might win those who are under the Law; to those who are without law, as without law, though not being without the law of God but under the law of Christ, so that I might win those who are without law. To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak; I have become all things to all men, so that I may by all means save some.' (1 Corinthians 9:20-22).
Lying, cheating and 'bad' language are all examples of weaknesses. If my motives are pure, I am given liberty to use these as tools of salvation. However, this is not an excuse or covering allowing me to participate in causing needless deaths. Doing so is evidence that I am not actually born again from above.

Anyone can. Most would be sinning.
